downloading the archive from email server

Dear all friends,
I was imported the outlook backup file. In the importing procedure, I choose "do not import duplicates".
Then press F9.

All emails are downloaded from the email server again. The downloaded file is very large so I need so time for downloading.
How it is possible to cancel downloading from email server?
