![]() For years I have used Adobe Elements to send email pictures via Outlook, but now the pictures are no longer sharp. It is okay until the final stage, when the pictures show up to be sent in Outlook, it still works fine on my other back-up laptops, and it used to work on this, my main computer. Can you suggest anything please? |

Can you try to email yourself a photo and look at it on multiple PCs? It could just be a problem with a particular PC. How are you attaching the photo to the email?
To be honest, I would recommend that you just take the photo and manually attach it to the email. Don't drag and drop it or copy and paste it into the body of the message, that can cause issues such as quality loss. I would create an email and attach it as if it were a txt file or mp3 that you want to send. |

Thank you for your suggestion which I have just tried with inyteresting results. It is something to do with a fault when I send, which is very odd. If I send it to myself it is blurred, and when I receive it, it is blurred. If however, I receive on another computer it is okay, and if I then forward to the original computer it is okay! So, I guess it should be okay to send to friends or brides etc, even though it looks blurred, it should hopefully be received okay.
(I know about the normal jpeg attachments, but Adobe has its own method of sending a load of pictures in a normal email, which look great but uses very little memory, unlike an attachment). |
