That's alright.
I know for me at work, there is up to an hour delay before anything will show in the GAL and then up to another 24 hours before the Address Book is re-downloaded (unless you do a manual download). Maybe your Exchange server has similar timings but I'm not sure where you would find that out I'm afraid. Paul
