Easiest way to improve the start-up time is to minimize the number of add-ons being loaded.
1. Click on Tools. 2. Click on Trust Center. 3. Click on Add-ins 4. Click on the Go button next to COM Add-ins 5. Uncheck any add-ins that are not needed. 6. Click OK. Reducing the size of your OST/PST may also help. -SW
