Changing default Contacts List

I went through these steps several times. It does change the "look in these lists first" box, but when I open Address Book, it still shows Global as the default list to check. I have to change it to the address book I want to get an address from.

As I said, I tried all that, but in my options, under Show this address list first, My Frequent Contacts does not show up in the list. I only have Global and the other default lists showing. My Frequent Contacts shows up under "When sending mail...." I have it as the first list to check. But, when I click "to" and the address book opens, it is always on Global. Do I need to copy or rename or what?
