Hi Robin,
did you find a solution for your problem? I also used Salesorce as an add-in in Outlook and I uninstalled Office 2007 completely before installing Office 2010 64bit. Then I also tried to install the Outlook Business Contact Manager ( x16-56890.exe ) with the same effect - the installation of Salesforce Outlook Edition 3 starts. I would be very grateful for any help to solve this mysterious problem. Many thanks in advance Oliver |
