how do i take my contact list to a new computer?

I am changing to a new computer and i would like to know if anyone knows how to take the contact list as well as my reminders off of my old computer and change to the new. Any help would be appreciated.

FROM SOURCE COMPUTER:

File - Import and Export - Export to a file - Personal Folder File (.pst)

Select which folder you want to export and check "Include Subfolders" if applies.

Save to a PST file on hard drive or USB drive.

TO DESTINATION COMPUTER:

File - Import and Export - Import from another program or file - Personal Folder File (.pst) - File to import

Go to the saved PST file.

Hi blade

you could locate the folder with you're oab files are and simply copy them to a thumb drive then move that folder into the same file location on you're new comp.
