Mahen,
You will need to stop the item from sending before you can delete it. Once you are able to do this, check the size of the attachment and teh format. Its very possible your service provider has a limit on attachment file sizes and your attachment exceeds this. FYI standard attachment size should be less then 50mb. Hope this helps.
