Unfortunately any rule created in the outlook client require outlook to open for them to function correctly if not on an exchange platform. however, your hosted mail provider may have a client side rule system in place that will allow you to make this this type of rule. Who is your mail provider? It may be possible to search for this feature. best Regards,
