Hi. I can't seem to find the answer, on my own, to the following question.
When I reply to an email message, the original message font in the original message and the reply font changes to the smallest font and I can't read it. I am able to change the reply font(when typing) to a bigger, more legible size, but how do I permanently set the original message to be displayed at a more legible size plus the font I am responding with? I appreciate your help! |

I assume you're speaking of Outlook. Go to Tools/Options and select the Mail Format tab. Click on Stationery and Fonts, and then Font for the Reply.

I am having the same problem. The review pane is readable but the reply window is minute. I followed the above suggestions and there was no change. If i roll over all the email and change the typeface to 110 point, it is readable to me. However, the minute type I see is sent in the size I specified (12 point) and is very readable by the receiving party. It is in the reply window that is screwed up. any suggestions on how to fix?

I am having the same problem. Started suddenly, while MS Outlook was up. I followed the suggestions posted, but it did not help. Have you found a solution?
