I am using microsoft Outlook 2007 , the question is , when I put all my dates ,( birthdays etc ) in to the Calendar , how can I have all those dates carried over to the next year , or do I have to type them all in again !! .

To make the appointments re-occur yearly, you'll need to set up the recurrence for the appointment. When you create a new appointment (or edit an existing appointment), you can just click on the Recurrence button in the ribbon. Then select a Yearly recurrence pattern and select the day that it will recur on. You can set an end date, or just let it recur ever year forever. That's it.
