The Outlook Web Access or Web App has to be configured by your Exchange Provider. If they have enabled the outlook anywhere feature then they will have to supply the correct URL to log into your mailbox.
The Exchange provide ri'm currently assoicated with provides this information upon service sign up. Hope this helps.
