outlook 2003 favorite folders not saved
I just set my wife up with outlook with an imap connection to AOL. This is the same setup I have but she's running Vista 64 and I'm running W7 64.
On her machine, when I select a folder and make it a favorite, it shows up in the favorites panel, but when we close outlook, and reopen it, it's gone. When I do the same thing on my machine, it remains. How can I fix her problem?
