Thank you, SpiderTech. I haven't tested your message rule idea yet but it looks as if Outlook 2007 will send messages sent by me to a specific person to a named folder but not messages sent to me at one of my specific addresses.



As for (2) and (3) Outlook does not use the default account, as I said in my original post. If it did life wouldn't be perfect but it would be a lot easier.
