Default Message Rules and Automatic Functions

I changed from Outlook Express to Outlook 2007 a while ago and find some functions missing or puzzling. I have tried unsuccessfully to find the answers in this forum and elsewhere so any help would be much appreciated.

(1) In OE I could set a rule so that incoming messages were directed to a particular folder by reference to words in the 'to' line. This valuable facility seems to be missing from 2007, or am I missing something?

(2) I use several names on one domain which are set up as different e-mail accounts in Outlook. One is set as the default. Is there a way in which I can set Outlook to reply by default from the account to which a message was sent? At the moment it seems to be completely random.

(3) Can I set a default account for accepting appointments? At the moment Outlook seems to pick the first account alphabetically by name.

(4) Can I prevent other people having access to my calendar and adding appointments to it? I am a home user with occasional appointments made by organisations with which I deal but I'm not sure I like them having access to my diary. How much can they see?

These issues are really bugging me, so I'm hoping experienced users will be able to help. Thanks.
