Chant,
This feature still exists in the office packages of Office 2007 and office 2010. Are you running the full Office package with your Outlook 2010 or running an older office package and outlook 2010? If you are using an older package i would recommend exporting your contacts to a .CSV and importing it into Excel to manage the way it is displayed when printed. Hope this helps.
