Hello all,
New member with a question. At my office, we're migrating from WinXP/Outlook 2003 to Win7/Outlook 2010. One person that has migrated, got double everything in Outlook (Inbox, Sent Items, Calendar, etc.). I also opened her mailbox on my XP box and everything was also double there. So, is this Exchange server related? thanks, jegonzo3 |

I'm betting what you are seeing is one Mailbox (Exchange) and one Personal Folders (PST file). That's fairly normal when you first set up Outlook with Exchange if you don't close the PST file. I'd right-click the Personal Folders and choose Close. That should leave you with just the Exchange mailbox. Hopefully whomever set this up for you didn't set the Personal Folders file to be the default delivery location for messages - that would be unfortunate.

Ok, the removal of the .pst did not work, however, the only double item left is the Calendar.
I was looking for a reg key they may allow us to remove the secondary Calendar. Your help is greatly appreciated. jegonzo3 |
