Unfortunately it simply cannot be done as easily as it can in Outlook. You can forward messages from one to the other, but that's obviously not the same thing. With OWA you're opening the mailbox directly on the Exchange server, and the messages don't come down to your computer like they do in Outlook.
Will your company allow you to set up Outlook at home to connect to your accounts? -SW
