modifying rule to show new mail envelope in task bar

You can't turn on the message envelope via rule, but you could have it pop up a message on the screen; similar to a reminder. Or have it show the New Item Alert window.

yeah but its e-mail that has not been read so unless i go looking in the envelope i will not know about it.
