This Microsoft KB article has some pretty good step-by-step instructions on emulated the Out-Of-Office features:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/311107 As this process depends on Outlook rules, you will have to leave the computer on and Outlook open in order for the auto-responses to send out. Hope this helps. -SW
