So, just to be clear, you have an Exchange Server at work, yes? That's where your mailbox is?
Is it possible this new tech changed Outlook so that it uses POP3 or IMAP to retrieve your e-mail rather than the native Exchange service? |

I did however notice after going through a few options that in the advanced section under email tools, I checked a box to keep email on server for 10 days. Will this help?
