Hi All,
I once have this issue and it was real pain because all emails got stuck in a queue after that huge one. Fortunately the solution is simple: Go to offline mode: File/Work Offline Go to outbox and locate the email which is causing the problem (mostly the huge one) and delete it. Turn off offline mode: File/Work Offline I hope it helped. Kind regards, Wries
