Thanks to you, the configuration looks like this and Outlook gave me a "Congratulations":

My outgoing server requires authentication: checked
Log on using:

Advanced tab:
Incoming: 587
Encrypted connection: Auto
Outgoing: 25
Encrypted connection: Auto
