TMAS Addin is the Trend Micro Antivirus plug-in, and very well could be the thing that's causing the problem. I'd try disabling it and seeing if the problem remains.

I did have that disabled. Then I removed it altogether and it still removed the email off the server without putting it in the inbox of the outlook client.

I have the settings setup so that the file should be left on the server irregardless.
