I have just started to use Mailchimp for multiple email sending. When I try to copy and paste my contact list from Outlook 2010, it only copies the email address but NOT the person's first or last name. In Outlook contacts, there is no provision for putting first and last names, so I have used the "full name" box to put their first name, and the "file as" box for their last name ..................... but it doesn't copy anything other than the email address.
I have just been sent instructions by someone, to open Outlook, go to "file" then click "import and export" but I can't find "import and export" anywhere at all.
Its driving me mad - can anyone help?
