They cannot be combined. The reason why is because they reside on 2 different Exchange servers.

You can have 2 separate exchange accounts in Outlook. Neither one will conflict with each other. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/291626

Inbox, subfolders, sent items, address book, contacts are all on the Exchange Server.

I believe that some phones are able to have 2 Exchange accounts on them.
