I prefer my Expand Collapse default settings to be set to 'All Collapsed', and I have had no problem with that for years. However, recently, each time I go to one of my folders (which may contain several hundred emails) the setting has been changed to 'All Expanded' or 'As Last Viewed'. This is driving me mad! I am altering the settings by going View/Current View/Customise current view/Group by/'Expand/Collapse Defaults'/OK/OK. However, next time I go back, the settings have been changed. I run Outlook 2007/W7 64 bit. Can anyone please tell me what is going on and how to fix it. Thanks! |
