Windows 7 64bit Expand/Collapse default settings not retained

Outlook 2013

Sad to say that this - thoroughly annoying problem, is still there in Outlook 2013 (365 ProPlus) 15.0.4517.1003

6-8 times a day I have to reset this thing.
