server based rules
Hello....I am using Outlook 2007 at work. We just started a group mailbox and I have been given the task of making rules to sort our incoming emails. However, I know very little about process. Would someone be kind enough to direct me to a website where I could learn how to accomplish this task? I don't want to purchase a book about Outlook since I am only in charge of making the rules. I am able to make the rules on the server however they aren't working. My previous experience is with Lotus notes. I tried googling info and still not understanding how server based rules work. Ugh...very frustrated.
