[Win7/64] When I try to mail merge in Word 2010 and use Outlook Contacts, Word crashes most of the time. It crashes with letter, emails, labels, envelopes and directory. Here's one of the examples of problem details I get:

Most of the experts consulted suggested running Word in safe mode as a test. It crashed twice, once in labels with

Since is crashes in SAFE MODE as well as regular mode, I'm assuming it's not an add-in that causing the problem. I also ran Outlook in safe, tried to mailmerge in Word and word still crashed. I ran both programs in safe mode and Word still crashed repeatedly in mailmerge with the same problem details above.

Anyone help with this problem, please.
