Problem was in fact not solved.

WIN&/64 System, Office 2010 32bit.

If Outlook is open and I try to mail merge in Word using select Outlook contacts, it works. But if Outlook is closed, and Word asks me to choose a profile, soon as I click OK, word crashes. Any ideas? Thanks for the help.
