![]() Sometime back I wrote that I cannot forward mail I receive by simply clicking "forward" The recipient will get the text but when they go to click on the attachment nothing will be open. If the pics or whatever are in the viewing pane in the original should the mail not be forwarded in the same way and not in the form of an attachment. It might help me if someone can list the various things that should be checked off through tools, options etc. There were some suggestions or fixes that were put forward but none of them worked.Thanks |

Do you or the recipient have an antivirus program running? Is this happening with just this 1 recipient?
If this is happening with just 1 recipient, see if they are running an antivirus program. If so, have them turn it off and try resending them the email and have them open it. Some antivirus programs that also scans your email could be stripping the attachment. |
