Do you or the recipient have an antivirus program running? Is this happening with just this 1 recipient?



If this is happening with just 1 recipient, see if they are running an antivirus program. If so, have them turn it off and try resending them the email and have them open it. Some antivirus programs that also scans your email could be stripping the attachment.
