You managed to get 1 of the many Microsoft mysterys.



Normally, I'd say it somehow just emptied the deleted items, but you claim otherwise.

Could you please check your emtied messages in Extra> Recover deleted message's?
This is just to make sure that this isn't the case. It has to done fast though, because they don't save there for a long time.

I can't seem to find the option or the "extra" tab.

In the tools tab there is only an option to "Empty Deleted Items" , Help suggests the option should be there besides it but it is not, however it seems a certain MS Exhchange is need for it which I belive is not installed/used.

I tried using a "Outlook recovery toolbox" to open the .pst file; however it only found the same msgs as outlook did. Maybe some other software?
