This one is odd.
Could you please tell me or you have the same problem when pasting an image Paint, and or it is only when pushing Control+V, or with right click > paste too. Also, Try using Windows>RUN> msconfig When on there, go to the Boot tab, and see or there is Adobe related stuff there. If so, Disable them, and Apply. The problem might be fixed after rebooting your PC then.
