Hello, I'm at a bit of a loss for ideas for this one... here's some background and what I'm trying to do...
I work at a helpdesk and our client specifies in the SLA that we must have emails answered within 45 minutes. Unfortunately, this isn't the case all of the time. The mailbox is a shared box where all analysts can read and categorize the emails under their name to signify that they are answering the email. Important things to note: Product: Outlook 2007 OS: Windows XP via Citrix Session So what I'm looking to do is: Have outlook send an alert or email when there is an unread message in the box after 30 minutes. Is this possible? How would I go about doing this? Any ideas are appreciated! Thanks! |
