I do inspections. If I do monthlies and annuals, I have 1 annual and 11 monthlies. Is there an add-on (or a way to do it in Outlook) to make the recurrences for monthly skip the month where the annual is? I know I can just go to that month and delete that particular event, the problem is that the above is a simple example. I sometimes do weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual AND annual inspections / maintenance on the same building over several years. You can see where there is a lot of unnecessary overlap. Any ideas?
