Many thanks for that, I have found another very similiar resolution: Path C:\Documents and Settings\[user]\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\proof\custom.dic This gives a text file of every item you've added in word and typed into the address in outlook. A little messing around with filters and I managed to retrieve a lot of info. Again many thanks for the help.
