I want Outlook to open to the calendar
I'm using Outlook 365 online, not the web app or the older desktop Outlook. How do I make it open directly to my calendar rather than email?

Go to the Calendar. Copy the URL. Chop off the details on the end. Make that your starting link.

Thank you. The online version was giving me grief to authenticate, so I'll be using the web app. Is there a way to make the Outlook web app default to the calendar?

This works for me.
Right-click: on an empty area of your desktop. Select New > Shortcut. In the "Type the location of the item" field, enter Code:
outlookcal: Give your shortcut a name, such as "Outlook Calendar," and click Finish. But it doesn't seem to work for everyone. Adjusting Outlook to Open Calendar Instead of Mail | Windows 11 Forum

For the desktop version of Outlook, it's possible to change the start-up view to the calendar:
File > Options > Advanced > Outlook start and exit Set it to the Calendar.
