Picture signature Outlook 2007

I'm normally a patient lady but this is REALLY getting to me! I've spent 3 hours on this and I still can't figure it out.

I am trying to create a signature that has a picture that i can send out when i email people. I am using Microsoft Outlook 2007. I dont want it to send as an attachment as i know people will be afraid of opening the email.

Does anyone have an idiot's guide (and i do mean an easy one) on how to resolve this - ie when i email someone the picture is not sent as an attachement!

I've tried this one - it still sends it in an email as an attachment as well -this is what I dont want.....

Why do you think the problem is Outlook? i don't think it is.

Are you able to see other people's picture sigs but not your own?
Are other people able to see other picture sigs but not yours?
