Just migrated to Windows 11. I use Office 365 Outlook for email. At first, they tried to get me to use Outlook (New), which I quickly abandoned due to missing features.
Now back with Outlook (Classic), but that seems to be missing things. 1. There does not seem to be a way to classify appointments by colour like there used to be. It has applied some colour, but not in any sensible fashion and not how I want. Has/why has, this feature been removed? 2. On the Windows 10, it was easy to see if there were new emails in each folder. Now, I have to expand the email address to see if there are new emails. This seems to be a backward step as well. Any way to get back to how it looked? In the Windows 10, it was possible to assign a Personal Folder where emails for a specific account are delivered, which showed the number of new emails after the folder name. Not possible on Windows 11. |
