Kind of related to my other post in the Outlook area.
We're able to have the outside person get through to the inside-the-company person by using one of the aliases, that doesn't begin with the same three letters as his normal email address. (Instead of rkslate@, for example, it would get through to the alias rock.slate@. The problem is that if he replies to her, she can't then reply to that email unless he remembers to change the Send Replies To: every single time. I was trying to find a spot in the Outlook rules that would allow this to be set for a specific email address to avoid the problem on their end where it goes to our old domain. Probably not feasible, but if there were a way, I'd like to try it, at least in the short term. Any ideas? Thanks, Ann |
