I've downloaded Outlook for Mac 2011 to a MacBook Pro and begun using the program, which is linked to an Exchange Account.
All e-mail, coming or going, shows up in one place: the INBOX. I've tried changing the various option in GENERAL SETTINGS, to no avail. Simply put, there's no way for me to distinguish between e-mails I've sent and those I've received. ![]() The SENT box itself remains empty. Any asssitance would be greatly appreciated. |

You stated this is linked to an Exchange account but how did you set it up? Did you do a manual config or a automatic?

This is odd behavior for the New Outlook 2011.
So we can attempt to figure out what is causing this, can you supply some additional details. 1. What exchange platform are you on? You can locate this information if you have access to Outlook Web Access. 2. Can you create a rule to cause a work around? this will be temporary until a solution is uncovered.
