I use Macro Express Pro or AutoHotkey in these kinds of situations. There are pros and cons to both:

Macro Express Pro: The learning curve is short -- it's relatively easy to learn. Powerful. For a novice user, what you're trying to accomplish can be done with Macro Express Pro in a few minutes. Inexpensive. (30 day free trial available.)

AutoHotkey: The learning curve is steep. Extremely powerful. If you have a background in programming, the task you're wanting to do can be done quickly. But if not, it might take some trial and error. Free.
