the closest I get is putting a shortcut on my desktop with the below target
"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\OUTLOOK.EXE" /select outlook:tasks however this goes to the default 'Tasks' view not the sub folder of tasks I created (daily notes)
