I send emails to certain same people every day. Is there a quicker way than what Im doing now, which is basically brand new message each time where I have to type up all the adressees... ?

Are you on an Exchange server? If so, you can create a distribution list and add the email addresses to the list.

I'm not sure about this one. Could it be possible to create a group in the Contacts tab?
I don't have the time or recourses to try this myself now, so.... Good luck ![]() |

Save one of your emails that has all of the contacts on it as a "Template" and then just pull up the template and you are ready to go.........

Another way is to just pull up one of the old "sent" messages and then select "resend" and just clean-up the old message with the new items and then send......
