Two inboxes
After my outlook 2021 saying it wasn't activated then MS logging in to my PC and sorting it I now have 2 inboxes. New emails are coming in to the one at the top under favourites |(I have never seen a folder called favourites here before). I'd like rid of the top inbox and favourites and have them come in the one under trever@xxxxxxx Any suggestions?

You only have one inbox, not two. The entry under Favourites is merely a shortcut and points to the actual inbox.
The entry under Favourites can be removed simply by right clicking on it and selecting "Remove from Favorites"
