Default Many tasks being generated which I never asked for

I have had the same problem ever since installing Outlook as well. I've got three Google IMAP accounts hooked up, and that's about it. I cannot think of WHAT might have kicked off this weird behaviour.

Groupwise? Hmmm... I've never heard of that before. I'm a power user of the MS-Office suite here - but that's more of a "I can make Word and Excel sing and dance". I'm guessing Groupwise is a multiple-users related thing?

Even after I do that the email just goes into the "deleted items" folder and then it creates another task for it. Is this because it's pulling the info from Groupwise or is there a setting I'm not seeing?
