Export to Excel with Attachment

hi all,
im using Microst outlook 2003. there so many mails in my Inbox.

now i want to export all the mail with Attachment as Excel / Word document/ PDF, how to do that?

Please don't mind my offtopic post here. But I just have to say that your way of saying you have a problem bothers me. I also find it very distracting.
