Outlook 2007-yahoo mail setup-server connect issue

I am trying to setup my Yahoo mail account in Outlook 2007. I used these settings>

imap.mail.yahoo.com (incoming) port 995 (also tried 993)
smtp.mail.yahoo.com (outgoing) port 587

error: cannot connect to incoming server

Any help will be appreciated.
